Underwear confusion

I keep seeing loads of lovely sun dresses & strappy maternity tops that would be just perfect for summer, but what on earth are you supposed to wear underneath to hoist the bosoms up? (And especially if you are a larger than average cup size) Is there such a thing as a strapless maternity bra? Confused

There probably is but I bet it's pricey.

Asda currently have a strapless bra for sale made of stretchy stuff, it looks like a boob tube, they have black, white, and flesh coloured. The best part though is that instead of cup sizes they're just small, medium, or large and they're only about £4.

I can only find black on the website though

Mothercare do one with interchangeable straps so if you favour the sellotape across your shoulders look then that's the one for you.

TBH, I don't really do black or white underwear so I usually pick whichever bra tones/contrasts with the dress/vest straps

Wear a bikini top underneath - the straps are prettier and it will look like part of the dress rather than your underwear showing.

i wear a strappy vest underneath which covers up the underwear and stops anything popping out unexpectedly

I bought this one last week:

Not the cheapest, but it does the job! It does come up quite high, so not great with lower cut dresses. I've also been using GAP vests with secret support.
