How many of you were and did the baby turn? Been offered a turn at 37 weeks, as this is my third, if still breech. I'm planning on kneeling with my backside in the air for the next 8 weeks. . . . any other tips?

No tips I'm afraid. I had my third turned at 37 wks and he stayed that way for a vd.

Turning is v manual, quite brutal. It works and it's safe but you should be prepared for it to be quite uncomfortable. It's not a gentle stroking thing!

My 3rd turned herself at 36 weeks and my 2nd at 35 weeks. My tip - housework!!, would like to say watching dvds whilst lying down and eating Easter eggs but am afraid vacuuming moved her!! Good luck

The spinning babies website is very good - has some good tips and techniques. I would recommend you check that one out.

Having said that, I spent weeks with my arse in the air with DD, but to no avail. Also tried reflexology which was very pleasant but did not work...

I'm PG with DC2, currently at 29 weeks, and has just turned head down - I was/am fearing repeat of last time so investigated acupuncture and moxibustion, will definitely give that a go if baby goes back to being breech.

Good luck!
