Has anyone taken Dalacin Cream?

Is it as complicated as it looks . Was you advised that it was safe to use applicator? Pharmacist at the hospital looked through leaflet and couldn't find anything that said it wasn't recommended, but she didn't seem confident in her decision. I am sure she was just I didn't think she was if that makes sense.
