Commercial mayo is all made with dried egg, so none of the risks of raw eggs, so no need to worry.

Although I personally don't worry about eggs anyway, as the risk of salmonella is only to the mother; even if you get it, it won't harm the baby (unlike listeria or toxoplasmosis, which could harm the baby if you get them). Each to their own for risks, though.
