Is there such a thing as a cheap but reliable pg test?

I have my suspicions, but this week we are really skint, and I can't really afford to buy a test. Just thought someone here might know of a cheap one I can get.

If I am, DP will go mad.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

go to gp's it is free
or even a family planning clinic, they are free also

intergalacticwalrus · 31/10/2005 15:01

Mmm, yes. I hadn't thought of that. GP is always booked up though, so it will take a few days. Do you have to make an appointment with the FPC?

I'm 7 months pg now so they can't be bad!!

doormat · 31/10/2005 15:05

intergalacticwalrus · 31/10/2005 15:11

Most path labs in hospital do the tests too - just take your wee in

intergalacticwalrus · 31/10/2005 15:19

Ooh, excellent. We live at the back of the hospital path lab. Do they really????

I know the ones round here do - normally the haematology dept... ask at the specimen desk (or better - phone the lab, and ask before turning up cuddling your wee )

Rachey1969 · 31/10/2005 16:02

If you want an instant result and can't wait for the less sensitive hospital tests try the Poundshop - honestly they are just as reliable as any other, I used them this time myself, and just erm.. a pound!

I hope you get the result you want!

george32 · 01/11/2005 15:31

Did you get the test done??

Are you???

flamesparrow · 01/11/2005 16:02
