probably just paranoid - is anyone else the same, any reassurance appreciated!

Hiya.
I am 5+3 weeks pregnant according to doctors. I am just a little worried because i dont seem to really feel pregnant - no sickness or faintness, and my boobs which had grew huge and sore seem to have abated! I have also been having period like cramps, but no bleeding. I can remember having cramps with dd though i think!
However, my stomach seems to have popped - looks like there is a little bump there already.
I was ill with DD and as such am a bit worried about this one!

Apart from tiredness I didn't get anything else until after 6 weeks or so with all of mine and even then I only got nausea. My boobs don't change at all, until after birth and milk comes in.

But I can only tell you my experience which doesn't help relly. But 5 weeks is still early days though.

A stomach that has popped and cramps sounds enough for the early days you are. I got no proper signs until the end of week six and then things really kicked into gear at the end of week seven!!

I had awful sickness with my first preg, then absolutely NOTHING with my 2nd....didnt feel pregnant at all, other than having immediate bloating / bump the moment I got my positive preg result. Even went so far as to tell the sonographers at dating scan not to worry breaking news to me that there was no baby because I really didnt believe there was. She's now 2yrs old! This time, with my third, I didnt really get any sickness kicking in until 6/7 weeks. I too, however, had stomach cramps from just before positive preg result, right up to around 8/9 weeks. Got dating scan tomorrow and still having odd cramp / twinge.
Every preg is different, but I know how easy it is to compare them!! Will look out for your posts in a few weeks time bemoaning awful morning sickness kicking in!! :)

thanks everyone :) it helps to know that! I have found out earlier than with dd this time, so maybe that explains it too? I will take your advice and enjoy every moment!
