Hiya, really sorry if this has been answered a million times, just really worried i tested positive week last monday but was extremely faint, went to docs of thursday she didnt do a test just told me i had high blood pressure, and booked me into the hospital on 5th may.

since then ive done 4 more tests (just to check!!) and they have all been really faint lines, ive been pg a few years ago and it ended in misscariage but the line then was super dark pink, i know the tests pick up the levels of hgc in you but if its meant to double every 48 hours shouldnt it be at least a little darker by now?? or am i being super paranoid?? im not due back at the doctors till the 14th to check my blood pressure again but i still dont feel pregnant or anything, had cramps the past few weeks but since sunday nothing at all, even my boobs are not feeling sore as they were> xx

You may be being a BIT paranoid! There are all sorts of reasons why a positive comes up faint - the brand of test, the time of day you're taking it (morning urine is best, etc). It's still very early days so chances are the test will darken over the next couple of weeks Smile

step away from the google. it will only freak you out

Step away from the tests, if you are worried make an appointment with your GP, I think but can't be certain there is a blood test they can do to check your HCG levels.

Sadly worry and panic is all part of pregnancy, I think every stage of pregnancy comes with it's own worries, that stops when the baby comes then they are replaced with a whole new list of worries.

You aren't alone in the worry and panic.

Have you done a Clearblue digital test? I had to, the ones with lines would have driven me potty! At least with the digital ones you get a clear 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant' answer. Good luck!
