Oh thank God!!!
The Fybogel that I've been taking for the past week has finally worked this evening and... after 10 days of straining on the toilet (not continuously lol - although it felt like it!) - I've finally had a poo!
It does work eventually if anyone else is struggling.
I hate constipation (it got so bad that the 'solution' I came up with was to keep switching between our upstairs and downstairs toilet - somehow thinking that sitting on a different toilet would help! The things we go through.)
So glad I have finally been.
