Am currently on 16 weeks into my third pregnancy and just wondered how quick this baby may come.

Am really starting to freak out. Did not have a pleasant birth and am sooo worried there may not be time for an epidural!!!
It's really worrying me already.. Any advice or tips on how not to be a real wuss would be greatly received!
Thanks
Lx

Hi Pinkdaisy,
I'm in the same position as u, I was told by a friend that because I am having this one so close to my last (DD is only 14 months) that it is easier as ur body is still in childbearing mode from the last. What are the age gaps? I am 12 weeks and started to worry as soon as I found out I was pregnant!
Good Luck I'm sure all will be fine x

I am currently 15 weeks almost 16 with my 3rd. My first was born in 2 hours and minutes and my 2nd I arrived at hospital pushing (but he got stuck). I hae enough to worry about like my house not being big enough, my car being too small, my son only being a baby himself, my EMCS scar rupturing.
I don't even want to think about the possibility of giving birth in my car just yet.

Try not to worry about soemthing that is unpredicatable and out of your control and try and focus on enjoying your pregnancy.

I have been told also that the 3rd one can be unpredicatable, but in my opionion all births can be unpredicatable.

The age gap between my last two will be under 12 months.

My age gap by the time this one arrives will be 26 months between the last 2.
I too am freaking out about the size of the house, the car and my bum!!!!
Nice to know I am not the only one having these concerns, as when I spoke to my friend, she said perhaps I should have thought about all of those before I got pregnant!!! Very helpful indeed!!!!

If we think about all the ifs, no one will ever have children.
With a good run up there isn't an obstacle out there you can't jump.

I think everyone has alot of these concerns, just ignore your friend its all worth it in the end to have your kids and all these things will work themselves out in the end. I am also worrying about house (desperately trying to find somewhere at the moment as we have to move), dont have a car or even a driving license between me and my dh, my ds2 showing no signs of walking so just hoping he will finally get there before ds3 comes along.. not got onto worrying about birth yet just hoping that part will be okay!
If its too quick for an epidural then atleast it will be over and done with very quickly, and you might still get to hosp in time to have it so wouldn't worry about it yet as you have ages til then anyway

I'm lucky in respect of house and car, I moved a week before I found out i was pregnant to a bigger place, it only has 3 bedrooms but which ever sex the baby is will have to share I loved sharing a room when I was younger and my son who is almost 5 is hoping for a boy so he can get bunk beds. My car broke down also a week after we moved and can't be fixed so now I will just replace it with a bigger one (when I have the money)

I am in the same boat as you Firawla my DD isn't walking and showing no signs of do so soon. I am panicing a little as I suffered from SPD very badly with DS and if it happens again I have no idea what I am going to do as I couldn't even walk let alone carry a very big baby Hmm
