Can anyone tell me if lavender gel or oil is OK in pregnancy? I am 34 weeks and starting to suffer insomnia. Lavender always helps me sleep but I have steered clear since finding out I was pg as they say avoid any aromatherapy.
Also - Vicks? I have a stinker of a cold (probably not helping the sleeping problem either!), but was told mentol is a no no. Or was it eucalyptus??
It's not been a straight forward pregnancy so thought I would check before taking any risks!
