Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Brilliant, thank you, have just been advised to go up from 2 to 3 sachets a day, so this will really help!

JazzAnnNonMouse · 01/04/2011 13:21

What is it and should I be taking it?!

Renaissance227 · 01/04/2011 14:40

What's Spatone?!

JazzAnnNonMouse · 01/04/2011 14:45

am thinking I should be taking this now? I have no idea what it is though...

Renaissance227 · 01/04/2011 14:48

Because I don't seem to be alone in not knowing what Spatone is I just looked it up on Google!
It seems to be some kind of iron suppliment or iron enriched drink!
I wonder if it is safe to take it/drink it with Pregnacare tablets?!

JazzAnnNonMouse · 01/04/2011 15:02

is it necessary unless you've been told you have a low iron count?

Renaissance227 · 01/04/2011 15:03

I wouldn't say so, BUT I didn't even know what it was!!

tortilla · 01/04/2011 15:03

Not necessary, but it is good if you do have low iron as it is less constipating than iron tablets. Useful after giving birth as well if you lose a fair amount of blood and have low iron then.
