i am confused

i have done 4 pregnancy tests and they all say positive. but the thing is i went to the doctors because i had pains in stomach so i went to doctors and they did me a ultrasound and the doctor says my womb i empty, he also did my blood tests and it says negative but i brought a clear blue digital test this morning and its says pregnant 3 weeks plus. could someone please help me out>

Have they looked to make sure it isn't an ectopic pregnancy?

They possible wouldn't be able to see anything in womb so early on anyway, and bloods can always be wrong. Go back to docs, take the test with you. And like KateeHasABunInHerOven said, ask about ectopic pregnancy. Good Luck xxx
