Okay so I'm not PG yet... but I'm still allowed to wonder! I was just in the shower there...(dont start work till 1!) and was thinking a sonogram picture on a cake with "granparents" or something on it lol... as for everyone else... Facebook prob? Easiest way!

(P.S also posted this in conception forum!)

If you can delay telling people long enough to organise a scan on a cake then you are more patient than me!
My husband works abroad in a miltary environment - I mailed him a pair of teeny tiny camouflage coloured booties.

I text my sisters and brother a photo of the test!!!
I think fb will probably be the scan after I've text/called a few closer friends!!

told family and close friends one on one in various ways, then a group of friends after the scan. Once everyone knew who we wanted to tell ourselves posted a photo of my 17 week bump on facebook and made my status "GWTMH is not fat"

We told very close friends and family in drips and drabs starting with closest first when it felt right.

Yesterday after first scan and knowing all was well, we made a FB announcement so all friends and family could know. Was so great to finally be able to talk about it freely!

I told in laws one on one and then they told everyone else. I announced on facebook a couple of weeks ago.

I didn't need to tell anoyone because after the 12 week scan we told dd who is 4 and from the on she would tell anyone and everyone "my mummy has a baby in her tummy and I am going to be a big sister".
