It's going to be horrid isn't it? Coupled with 2 small DC and moody DH. Going down tomorrow, back on the Saturday.

Anyone have any tips to make it as pain free as possible?!

Frequent breaks, colouring books, pencils, portable DVD player, kids cd's, snacks.....

It can be done but bloody hell good luck! Grin xxx

Watch your posture - recognise when you are slumping and make an effort to lift your chest up to create space between boobs and bump. Lots of breaks, get out of the car slowly and stretch out carefully before running to the service station shop for essential chocolate supplies. Lots of foot wiggling and leg movement...and dont get dehydrated - easy to do on a long journey when you dont want to ask DH to stop yet again for a wee stop!
