very early. 12 weeks. it doesn't really "kick in" until then anyway- dr told me not to bother starting to retest my blood before that as it would be a waste of needles and strips. I do have it again but very borderline and is better than last time, very few over the limit readings. Make any diet changes ASAP and get booked in for a GTT. Good luck.

had GD in third pregnancy and not in 4th or 5th :)
