Hypnobirthing (via itunes)

Anyone have any comment on the hypnobirthing tracks available via iTunes? I don't have time to get any of the natal hypnotherapy cds or similar but I'm wondering whether it's worth getting any of these tracks?

oh I was wondering that too, I'm a bit skint to splash out on stuff that's not very good.....sorry not very helpful but maybe someone with know! :)
