Second Pregnancy Morning Sickness

Just wondered whether morning sickness recurs with each pregnancy, or perhaps gets better/worse each time? Am currently 6 weeks pg with dc2 and starting to feel the awful first rumblings of nausea. Was so wretchedly ill with dd1 right the way through to delivery, just dreading the same again. Hoping it won't be as bad this time around, but curious to know what others have experienced? :)

I'm 13 weeks PG now and have had horrendous morning sickness since 6 weeks. It has eased off HUGELY recently but comes back for a day here and there (especially at weekends annoyingly) but it much better now. I did find an old post from 1st PG and I was saying how I was just getting over morning sickness at 20 weeks!!!! So I think maybe it wasn't so much actual vomitting last time (I was working in a highly stressful job and taking days off was a no no so I couldn't have been as sick last time as I am this time) so this time seems to have much, much worse actual sickness and constant nausea. Not sure why.

Hope you feel better this PG than you did last time :)

9+5 into pg 2. 3 weeks into hyperemisis. Been hospitalised once. Pretty much exactly the same pattern as pg 1. Sorry.

Oh dear, doesn't sound massively hopeful does it :( It's so debilitating, I feel quite resentful that there isn't a completely safe yet effective cure.
