Hi

Curious really....currently 29 weeks and wondered if im entitled to any benefits? Work full time (not a great salary) on mat leave now.

I know about child tax and child benefit but im sure myfriends received something extra???

I doubt it, benefits are for if you are out of work or disabled.

Are you maybe thinking of the £192 (or something like that) PG women used to get until recently? My friend had her baby in December and received this payment during pregnancy but MW told me they have stopped it recently and I won't be getting it or the vouchers towards fruit/veg.

Apart from that it's just really the free NHS treatment AFAIK. I'm not really sure though - maybe ur MW could clarify things for you? HTH.

There is working family tax credits it is different from child tax credits. It is based on your (and dh's if you are married) salaries from the previous year. You can do a rough calculation on hrmc website to see if you qualify.
