hypnosis and relaxation for pregnancy

Can anyone recommend any good pregnant hypnosis / relaxation / affifirmations to help with labour and birth? I've heard good things about them helping to relax women through the birthing process/

i have the natal hypnotherapy collection, but am waiting for my pregnancy relaxation CD to arrive at the moment. (birth prep is only from 32 weeks)

I have found quite a lot on spotify, and its free.

Search pregnancy relaxation (for lovely tunes) or hypnosis for birth. I do pregnancy relaxation every day at the moment, im only 16 weeks and it only takes 15 mins. Very relaxing!

I spoke to a friend who recommended downloading ihypnobirth onto my iphone. Apparently it really helped her. That way I can listen in bed!
