Have just had results from 28weeks bloods (I am now 30wks) and have been told I am anemic so will need to take whatever iron supplement they prescribe. I was just wondering what problems anemia can cause in pregnancy and birth as I haven't had a chance to talk to the doctor about it as the message came through the receptionist at the doctors!
