Can you use period pain heat pads for pregnancy aches?

I'm aching low in my bump sooo much by the end of the day - my hot water bottle is hard to get in the right position in bed, and I was wondering if I can use those stick on pad thingies you can get for period pains?

The wheat bag I've got seems to lose heat really quickly Poo for the heat pads Kylie!!!

Guess I'm just gonna be smelling lovely what with all my hot baths!!!

My wheat bag also has cherry stones in it, and seems to keep its heat for ages. It was from M+S I think.

Can you use these in that area whilst pg though?

I think the wheat pads are ok but the period pads are a no no. I'm with Kylie on that point. I also wanted to use them while expecting dd but the packets advises you are not allowed. Not sure why..?
I think I used a water bottle and worn big knickers or trackie bottoms with it to try and hold it in position LOL!!!! What a sight!!
