low back pain...normal or sign of miscarry?

my back is absolutely killing me.... second pregnancy...but paranoid about miscarry as am older now...i am only 4/5 weeks and back is killing me, and having random pains down there

although picking up my toddler doesnt help...

anyone else have this symptom?

Im in lots of pain right now, 12.5 weeks so assuming it is normal.

I have really bad pain when I do vacuuming and walk alot during the day so prob is from picking up your DD.

I wouldn't worry, though speak to your GP if its really worrying you.

I had terrible back pain from 8 to about 14 weeks. It is caused by all those extra hormones you are getting, apparently.
