SPD 5 months after birth - which specialist do I need to see?

I know there are lots of threads about this but I'm getting in a muddle.

I'm trying to help myself but it's getting so expensive so I need to know if I'm on the right track.

I've had SPD/PGP since late pregnancy (was on crutches) and am still suffering 5 months post birth.

I have seen:

GP lots (painkillers and referrals)
Midwife (referrals)
NHS Physio (belt, crutches and exercises)
Private orthopedic consultant (MRI scan and told to do pilates)

I'm now seeing a private physio (self funding at £50 per hour!)

But how do I know this is the best person to see vs an osteopath or chiropracter?

All this money and it might not make a jot of difference!
