Aspirin reassurance needed please!!

I've been taking 75mg of aspirin everyday (I'm 30+4) as advised by my consultant due to unexplained miscarriages previously. But today I think I forgot to take it. I really can't remember.

Basically I need to be told that nothing awful is going to happen because I've missed one dose! I was told to stop at 36 weeks anyway and while ill with sinusitis at 22 weeks my midwife said I could stop the aspirin so I could take paracetamol for the pain, so I guess I probably don't need it - but I'm freaking out none the less!

dd takes aspirin and I believe it's quite long lasting with regard to clotting , at least 2 or 3 days maybe a little longer.

I forgot the other day too. everything is still a-ok! Try not to worry :)

Thanks few days down the line now and insidey baby as still back flipping so all must be well! I NEED to stop stressing about stuff!
