Take some folic acid and check out the NHS website for "banned foods"!

Congratulations!! I think if you peruse enough of the threads on here all your questions will be answered. Midwife also gave me a pack at my first appointment which was really helpful on dos and don'ts.

Congratulations! I feel very envious.

I've got 2 DC, but that's it for me. I'd love to be pregnant again. I loved it, and even loved the births!
