Please can someone help as I think I'm going mad. I rarely get pms symptoms other than mild cramping. I'm due on in the next 5-6 days and for the last week have had nausea throughout the day, backache, quite bad cramping. A few nights ago I woke up with really aching breasts and now they are tingly. And I feel very tired.

Who knows? It could go either way. Try to relax for the next few days and see. I took my test on the day before I was due on and it worked.

Ok, thanks.

I'd wait and test as the symptoms are similar

G1nger · 28/03/2011 16:04

Yes, the symptoms are similar, I agree. I was surprised by how similar they were. It felt like my body was gearing up for a period... which just didn't come :) You'll find out soon x

Is it usual to feel so sick though with pms? I've never felt like this before. -:(

Alison - if you're experiencing things that aren't common to you for this time of month then it could be that your body is trying to get pregnant. But until you get a positive test then nothing's certain. I had one apparent failed implantation, where I read signs in my body that I might be catching, but it didn't work that month. Give it a few more days and you'll know x

i took a test last month because i felt so different, so unusually sick, along with tender breasts, tired etc. The likelihood i was pg was miniscule as i have the coil, but the feeling was so strong. anyway, i wasn't.
