Little lumps "down there"

Throughout my pregnancy, I have had little pea size lumps under the skin in about three different lady areas - down the bottom, at the side and at the top. When one goes, another appears. They last about a week, are slightly bothersome in that they are a bit itchy and I know they are there, but are not pus filled, or painful.

Last pregnancy I had a bartholin cyst which was larger and pus filled but these dont seem to match that and I dont know what they are - has anyone else had these ? Is it just one of those pregnancy things to do with extra secretions down there ?

Thank you !

I had these - I can't remember what they're called (sorry) but I remember that they're harmless. I did check with my midwife too.
