13 weeks pg and sick all night long so now I feel exhausted and have a had a 3 day long headache. Seeing doctor tomorrow so hoping he will advise me to rest for a few days. I thought it was meant to get better after 12 weeks!

Sorry helsi. I thought I would feel better during the second trimester as well but (especially with DD) it took until a bit later to feel OK. Hope you do manage to get some time off.

Meant to add that I do feel better now (21 weeks) but I am starting to get big and will be uncomfortable shortly. This whole pregnancy gig is not so fun.

I have been given a sick note for 10 days due to my "debility in pregnancy". Have spent most of this afternoon asleep!!

Think the 12 week is a bit misleading. I heard that its after 12 weeks of pregnancy you start to feel better - i.e. at week 14 cos the count from last period not date of conception IYKWIM.

As someone who suffered dreadfully with both pgs (hospitalised both times), I can vouch for it improving after about week 14/15.

Sorry you're struggling. Vile, isn't it? Sympathy to you.

OMG FangAche - don't - this is an ongoing joke at the moment. I have adating scan on Wednesday as I am growing so much they want to check how many are in there!!
