28 weeks with number 4, so I should have some clue. Seriously do not remember with any of the others feeling like I have been kicked in the fanjo.

What on earth could be causing the pain? Im waddling around like I'm due to drop just to be able to walk comfortably

Is it intermittent or there all the time? Worse when you move around? Is it internal or external iyswim?

The baby might just be on a nerve or it could be something like spd. Depends where it hurts and when.

Its pelvic girdle pain, Ive had similar and midwife told me if it gets any worse to go to physio and they might give me a maternity girdle (oh the glamour) ... mine has actually subsided but comes and goes and worse if i've walked for a few hours.

Hope its gets better for you!

It's just a niggle when seated but a full blown 'who kicked me when I wasn't looking' when standing up or weirdly lying in bed.

I'm hoping not to be walking like a cowboy for the next 12 weeks Grin

I am the same, if been walking a lot then lay down.. moving i.e. turning over in bed is sore .. see how it is next few days and if still there phone the physio... if they haven't already the midwife can refer you to specific physio who is used to dealing with all the pains of pregnancy.

I have this and have been told its spd. Ypu can see a physio which can help but you may find it varies and you can manage.
Here's whats helped me :- When lying in bed put a pillow between your legs and keep legs together when getting in and out of cars.
Stop running, if you want a work out swimming but not breast stroke or excersize bike is ok
Don't pick up your dc's, this kills me!
