I sometimes get dizzy spells and I'm at 24 weeks, mw has said could be a drop in my blood sugar and eat small meals regularly but I wouild definitely contact your mw today just to double check things over, you won't be wasting their time so don't worry about that.

I got really dizzy from about 20 -24 weeks but it passed and haven't felt at all lightheaded or dizzy since then (am now 34 weeks)

I used to get really dizzy and found that eating lots and lots of twixs and cakes worked for me

Can you believe it my doctor prescribed marsbars when i felt like this! Do check it out though as I did go on to develop high blood pressure and had quite a few dizzy spells.

I got dizzy and suddenly started liking lots and lots of sweet things too. Showed up as gestational diabetes towards the end, so if you do find sugar helps, try and eat more complex sugar foods (I think carbohydrates break down into sugars don't they? - You just don't get the instant hit)

I was cringing just the other night as I saw an advert on TV for the Kinder Hippo things. A work colleague always used to come in with a 5 pack if he needed me to do something for him. [wince] Lucky I have a few teeth left really!
