Possible to re-develop morning sickness at 30 weeks?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with second DC. I had quite bad nausea earlier on in my pregnancy (moere severe and longer lasting than with DC1) but then, thank god, it went. I had a 24 stomach bug earlier this week, felt absolutely fine on Weds, but yesterday I started feeling nauseas again, when I woke this morning I had headache, nausea and dizziness (felt really unbalanced) and then tonight the nausea and slight headache has come back.

Is this just leftovers from the bug? Or could I be experiencing morning sickness again? I'm really off my food, which is not like me at all! Grin

And apologies for the numerous spelling mistakes and typos. Am blaming the nausea! Wink

Yes this happened to me this pregnancy.

With DS I was sick 5-10 times a day until around 16/17 weeks and then had no more problems.

With this pg I felt sick more months but never actually threw up, felt fine from about 20 weeks and then started actually throwing up in the mornings sometimes from around 30 weeks onwards.
It took me completely by surprise, and the first morning I was actually sick up my own sleeve because I just didn't think I would actually puke! TMI I know, sorry Grin

It hasn't lasted though, I'm due tomorrow and I've not had any sickness for the last 4-5 weeks.

I didn't have any morning sickness at all in pregnancy...until I hit about 32 weeks. Then I was sick as a dog every morning until about 37 weeks, when it tailed off again. I also didn't have any cravings at all until the 3rd trimester, when I had a serious iced tea obsession.

Oh dear, ok, I'll prepare myself then :(

I was worried that the dizziness and headaches might indicate something more serious, but I've been fine since this morning, and it's only tonight the sickness has returned.

Will keep a watching brief! God, what with this, SPD and restless legs, I'll be glad when this is all over!
