I am doing a hair show next week and they want to bleach sections of my hair but said they would not do the roots. Is this OK?? I am 21 weeks.

The problem with having things done to your hair in pregnancy is that you don't know how it will take. People think it's a health thing but it's just because your hormones being different can have varying affects on your hair.

Yes - no harm to baby just risk of rash on skin because of pg sensitivity.

Yes i think it is ok, especially as the bleach will not come into contact with your skin.

Perfectly safe, I dye my (brown) hair blonde at the hairdressers. It's not about the chemicals getting into your blood stream, hairdressers use hairdye every day and they have babies too, it's about your hair reacting differently because of the hormones. The usual mix my hairdresser uses turned my strand test a lovely shade of brassy orange in my last pregnancy so had to be adjusted. Before they put the bleach anywhere near your head get them to do a strand test and a patch test (where they dab a small amount on your skin to test for irritation), preferably the day before.
