Anybody getting odd days feeling panicky for no reason (apart from the enormity of bringing life into the world).

Just had that day today, had a lovely day with mum then spent 2 hours sobbing under duvet because of anxiety symptoms!?! was doing breathing exercises to stop the stress sweats.

Am 8 + 4, please tell me some magic hormone kicks in after 1st trimester that stops you feeling like you have permanent PMT

i've had a day like that georgethecat. This morning i was on such a high! Singing while doing the housework, feeling the world was a lovely place. My OH rang during the morning and i said "I am SO happy!" He said it brightened his day to hear me so 'up'.

But now i'm down.

Snapping at the kids, and snarling at the cats. Clingy with the OH. Cant raise a smile and just want to go to bed. Sad Worrying about my 12 week scan on the 5th.

sigh

I think it's normal.. I'm 6+ something and sat opposite a couple of grandparents visiting their kids/grandkids today. They were on the bus on their way there and listening to them on the phone and getting excited about seeing the grandkids in 10 minutes made me start to blub and had to really work to reign it in! To think this is just the beginning, my poor dp and housemates!
