If you are squeamish about bums them don't read any further.

In four months gone and I've noticed that if I'm on my feet for a long while or have been having stubborn wind where it's an effort to trump then I sometimes have a little bit of bleeding from my bum. It's not dark red or even bright red it's sort of watery like a pink blush. I nearly had a heart attack the first time thinking it was vaginal but realised it's definitely coming from the back. This is about to even more too much info ... I have a pile that comes out when I do a poop and I push it back in, could the bleeding be from the pile?

Yes... or anal fissures which are also quite common in pregnancy

It's probably piles, but you should see you doctor to be on the safe side.

Its very likely but TBh we aren't dr's and any bleed from the back passage should be investigated. Please just pop to the dr, they will have seen it all before. I know it is embarrassing, but it only takes a few minutes and will put your mind at ease

Have you been straining on the loo? That can cause bleeding higher up the back passage that takes a day or two to come out, pink blood is usually a days old. If it's bright red or painful then might be an idea to check it out with the doctor.

Yep - I had bleeding piles (literary and figuratively speaking)
