Having went for acupunture on Mon to try and turn breech baby, he gave me moxa sticks for use at home. Used them last night and now my living room smells like some kind of weed den......Shock Had windows open for hours and it seems as strong as ever; hope the weather holds out as I'm going to have to go outside from now on, but is this normal??! BitBlush about having people around today.

DH and I both slept like logs though!

Ha ha, yes it is a bit strong. I had some funny looks after going from my first appointment to an antenatal class and felt I had to explain. My husband and I used to sit in our pants whilst we used it so that we didn't go around stinking like hippies Grin. Works though, if the baby can turn then it will.

Haha yep they stink! First time I went for an acupuncture appointment I was a bit Hmm about what kind of a place it was because it smelt so dodgy!!

V intrigued... how many weeks do you use them from if baby is breech?

Pootletrinket · 24/03/2011 16:35

I don't know TBH - I was only found to be breech from 36 weeks. They stink the house out, though, I'd get smokeless again if I could!!!!!
