Anyone tried reflexology to get things going?

It sounds interesting, wondered if anyone has any experience, I'm keen to try it before the dreaded sweeps, inductions etc which are looming become reality...
Found someone who seems as qualified & experienced as can be in these things but just wanted idea before contacting them!

I did. Best friends mum practices reflexology. I had it the night before my due date with DD2 and went into labour first thing the following morning.

In truth, I felt 'tightenings' very soon after she started - was very worried at the time that my waters would go in best friends kitchen in front of her mum, step dad, my husband and all the kids!

I had it on my due date too, had my third the next day. They do say that if anything is going to happen it will within 24 hours or it won't work at all. Currently 13 days away from number 4 and shall be having it the weekend before due again, worth a try!

Hi yes went over by 6 days and so found a wonderful lady. Went into labour that night but took a while to kick in properly so went back again 2 days later which really helped. Will def be using her in this prg and will prob start going in last trimester. Apart from anything its so relaxing and a lovely treat.

Yes, I had it. No, it didn't work but was lovely and relaxing - I very nearly fell asleep. Worth a try!

P.S. My sweep was fine and did the trick.

Didnt work for me, so I went on to try other things, eventually 5 days after the reflexology I took Castor Oil, not fun nearly as fun as reflexology (it induces diarhea!) but it kicked started labour in 30 mins.
