Ok so I've been majorly lazy and haven't done these regularly and will only start now. I know it's probably better late than never, but was wondering if anyone else was in the same boat..? Will I still be able to strengthen the pelvic floor at least a little bit for it to help in labour?

Phew, good to hear someone else is as lazy as well Wink..

violetwellies they're these exercises you're recommended to to start already in early pregnancy. They work on your pelvic floor and are supposed to make pregnancy/delivery/recovery easier..
