ripped muscle in stomach when I sneezed!

God the pain! My stomach is tight as anything and I sneezed in the bath. Now I cant stand up properly cause the weight of the bump pulls on the muscle. I have 10 days left and thought I was suffering enough with insomnia, heatburn, restless legs, spd and bad bladder control! Tell ya what, Im not flamin "bloomin" in this pregnancy LOL! Get me outa here!

I've had this problem a few times its so painful. It normally happpens when I sneeze in the night and it hurts for a few days aferwards.
Im only 32+4 and would do anything to be 10 days away! I'm sure it will clear by the big day! x

I am 21 weeks and got this after another night of throwing up. Can't offer any help, except to say I hear your pain, and you have my sympathy.

They did say try a warm balm type ointment (they actually said tiger balm - even though I see here some put it on the naughty list). Warm bath too, but not too hot.

... and the person in there seems to have realised and has swapped from the disco dancing to appear to be trying to break out through the new point of wekness in the muscles... yippee!

OWWWWWWWWWW!!!! That sent me all peculiar Rest up and stop sneezing!!!!
