Hypnobirthing CD - any recommendations?

any advice on a good hypnobirthing cd or does anyone know where I can listen online to any to decide which one to get?

there's a thread on the childbirth talk page about hypnobirthing.
Haven't looked at any CDS but are there reviews on places like Amazon?

The book "the mongan method" has a cd with it. Life saver!!

This is the CD I used for both of my births, I can't rate it highly enough!

You do have to commit ito using it though, but I think it's marvellous! Smile

Like Klarky I've got the natal hypnotherapy yet.

Not sure about it's effectiveness, I'm still pregnant. But it appears to be very relaxing - I fall asleep every time I listen to it!

Unless I'm just properly hypnotised!

Petalouda, I always fell asleep which is unusual for me to be able to nap in the day. However I think it shows you are really relaxed and it will still work!
I am one of those weird people who sort of enjoy giving birth and it's because of this CD I think.
