Should I feel pregnant?

I'm 6 weeks with first baby and am worried as i don't feel pregnant. I don't feel sick or abnormally tired or any of the other symptoms and keep worrying i'm not actually pregnant - which my husband keeps telling me is stupid. I just feel like I should feel different if that makes any sense!?!

Lucky you! Enjoy it while it lasts.... sickness often only sets in at 6wks so maybe it's still to come, or maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones who feels no different!

Don't worry. While I did feel a bit off colour it wasn't much and I was fairly convinced that our 12 week scan was archive footage as it all didn't seem real. DD is now 6 mo, so it was real Smile.

I don't feel any different - my sense of smell is a bit heightened and I'm tired (but always tired) and thirsty and going to the loo a lot.

BUT that could all be in my head!!

I've read sickness and sore/bigger boobs don't kick in sometimes til 8weeks...

My morning sickness started to kick in at 7/8 wks. some people don't get it at all. I wouldnt worry.

Don't worry about it - i didn't know I was pregnant until week 24! No symptoms at all for me. You have the best of both worlds, you feel normal and you know you are pregnant! I'm sure it will sink in soon and I suppose that's what the first 3 months are for.

I didn't start feeling grim until about at least 8 weeks (both times) - 5-8 weeks was definitely a honeymoon. like the others say, enjoy it ... and congrats!

Hey I felt the same! The long wait to 12 wk scan was sooooo long! Then there was the little baby dancing around:) don't worry x

Just enjoy being one of the lucky ones!! I was the same - no morning sickness, clear headed and healthy. Yippeee!!
