Crazy theory about clicking bumps!

My bumps have always clicked. Different doctors and midwives have their own theories, but I always think it's just baby's bones clicking. Especially not long after DC2 was born and she clicked her back or something at one point and it sounded exactly the same.

Anyway, not everyone has clicking bumps. So I wondered why some do and some don't.

I get bad SPD in pregnancy, and my bones (especially my pelvis, ugh) click all the time, a lot more than when not pregnant.

So, my daft theory:

I wonder if the excess relaxin that causes SPD crosses the placenta so baby has extra relaxin too, and that's what causes the clicks - assuming it is the bones?

Therefore: those with clicking bumps - do you have SPD too?
