Dissapointed with maternity clothes

Anoyone else finding that the few shops which sell maternity clothes have such a bad selection, I checked out h&m and new look from the cheaper ones,and although their normal collection has loads of interesting things,the maternity selection is dowdy and old-fashioned, especially the jeans.. Its so unfair, I wouldn't normally spend more than £20on a pair of jeans,but it seems i'll have to spend double that just for the luxury of being pregnant:(

50% off at mamas and papas maternity clothes at the minute.
That makes the stuff the same price as cheaper shops, but better quality.
Never bothered before, but some ok stuff that isnt stupid price anymore

I'm still wearing reg vests & tops with bump bands or bigger sizes

I have also found that the choice in shops isn't really that great, but online things are much better. Although, even online, most stuff comes in just black or white :(

I've found Gap and Topshop best for more interesting clothes, and Seraphine and Isabella Oliver for smarter work stuff.

Ebay is really good too, and loads of people sell maternity jeans on there if you are after a cheaper pair.

I had some great e-bay bargains - things that I could never had afforded brand new.

I have got some good stuff from Jojomamanbebe. They have a good website so yuo can buy on line if there isn't a store near you. They are not as expensive as some places with bottoms for about £25-30, tops for about £20 (which did seem steep, but you can waer them for feeding after). The prices are about the same as I mornally pay for my clothes, but I couldn't deal with wearing horrible maternity clothes...I already feel like a whale!
