What is this niggling pain?

Having pains that feel a little like period pains, not bad enough to want paracetamol. Also have a pain on the left hand side of my abdomen (near the bottom).

I'm 35+3, help!!! x

well, it could be your uterus expanding a little, i get those sort of cramps...

however, ring your assesment center / midwife up asap just in case. at this stage you should always check it out
