Spa type treatments that are safe when pg?

I have a week off work and would like to use the facilities at the gym i belong to (but never use )

There is a normal pool, a hyrdotherapy pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Can i use all of them? I am 25 weeks pg.

I think the only thing you can use is the pool, not sure about the hydrotherapy pool though.

Hydrotherapy pool and jacuzzi it will depend on the temperature, if they're kept below 37 degrees then they're ok. Most are hotter than that though. The sauna is totally out, though that is UK advice and in Finland most pregnant women use the sauna!
