Can't stop eating . . .

Literally I can't stop. I try and then I fail, again and again and again. I'm 28 weeks and just eat all the time. I'm not too bad until after lunch and then something takes over my stomach and I eat lots and lots and lots. The past few nights I have gone to bed feeling unwell due to being soooooo full Blush. I can't even blame it on hunger as I don't give myself the chance to feel hungry.

Please help me stop scoffing before I explode!

Can't help there, I have the same thing.

Me too - I eat loads. Although I tend to do it earlier in the day. Have gone to bed lots of time feeling so full thought it would all come back up!

Clueless79 · 10/03/2011 20:31

Same here. Thought it was just me. Am 30 weeks and it's not really hunger just want to eat lots of things! Really need to get some self control back again before I weigh a ton!

oggybags · 10/03/2011 20:39

snap at 38 weeks I should know better

missp2010 · 10/03/2011 20:53

Me too! I'm 30 weeks and until recently had been pleased that I didn't look too huge. But I really just cannot stop eating, eating, eating :( I am quite sure I've put on near to 2st now (don't have any scales in the house). I've suddenly hit a wall wrt keeping active too. I'm too tired to walk as much as I had been, and same goes for swimming - was going three times a week but I've only been once in the last three weeks!

Ok so I finished that last post full of resolve...and then pretty much straight away inhaled ate half a tub of Haagen Dazs. Chocolate, pralines and caramel - the ultimate flavour Wink

pregnancy nibbles- its a great excuse to indulge i believe!

PipPipPip · 10/03/2011 21:34

I've eaten constantly all pregnancy. In the first trimester, I was literally eating five meals a day. Favourite foods have included yoghurt, museli, pasta, meat and milk - but pretty much whatever I could get my hands on!!

I suddenly put on a lot of weight quickly due to bad scoffing of anything in sight after going off food for months which I was really unconfortable with especially with SPD.

Now I grab a drink of nice fruity squash as I found I just wanted to taste something or wanted something in my mouth so maybe that would help you or just be aware of what snacks you have close to hand.

Good luck x

Is it wrong to be pleased I'm not the only one Grin! Will do better tomorrow . . . . I have said that the past 5 days but surely one day it has to be true!

Cowboy I have taken to drinking ribena, I'm usually a water girl. Now I have to remember to drink it and then not eat all the food in sight!
