Bedrest prescribed at 8wks

Was sent to bed by doc this morning after heavier bleeding following 2 days' spotting. I have 2dss already but really hope this isn't the end of this pregnancy. No idea how long I'll have to wait until there's a resolution one way or the other.

Anyone else in a similar situation?

hiya i haven't been prescribed bedrest but i am in a similar situation. I had spotting followed by two big gushes of blood on sunday and monday, have just been scanned at the hospital and all is ok. Im 6 weeks, the midwife said to expect more bleeding in the next few weeks. Its terrifying.
Have they scanned you? Hope everything goes ok for you and the bleeding settles down ragdoll xx

Am in Portugal and doc said not much point in scanning just now but to go to gynae ER if it got significantly worse. So just doing work in bed as displacement activity.
