Too early for movement?

Third pregnancy, 13 and a half weeks, and getting feelings that I'm sure are movements but isn't it too early? Know those very early movements that feel like someone is nipping/kicking your cervix? It's like that and it's only now and then at random times of the day when I'm doing different things so I don't think it's down to any particular activity. Am I going daft or has anyone else felt anything this early?

I am convincing myself I can feel some fluttering quite low down. First pregnancy and 14.5 weeks so probably too early. I was told, interestingly, that it could be a muscle spasm, which would make complete sense.
