38 wks and feel sick: labour imminent?

I'm 38 wks today and feeling nauseous ALL morning so far - which is not normal for me. Could this mean labour is imminent?

Of course, the fact that I lost it with my dd this morning and could have thrown her out the window didn't help Angry but that wouldn't normally leave me feeling sick - just sad and upset Sad

Just wondered whether nausea is a common precursor to 'things happening'
