Anyone in Cheltenham area due Setp 2011?

We're moving back to Cheltenham after spending several years several hundred miles away... Already have 1DS so not keen to do the NCT thing just in order to meet people with similar due dates, but a bit stuck otherwise on how to find people who will have tiny ones around that time for a bit of mutual support, sanity, Brew and hopefully cake ...

I'm due in July and hoping to move to Cheltenham in the next few months (house hunting at the moment). I'd love to meet up for Brew, but only if there is cake too. Smile

Due sept as well and in Chelt :) just waiting for scan. Seems a long way until Sept. Prob will do NCT again as a bit rusty! Was worth it last time. Anyone else thinking about yoga/pilates classes?

would quite like to try some yoga but don't know of anywhere that does it (though haven't looked to be fair) - any tips?

Haven't really looked into it as I don't think you can start most courses until after 12 weeks minimum. Haven't ever done yoga or pilates before so not exactly sure what to expect.

Me either. Have my scan next week then perhaps will check it out... heard of a good one over in Glos but would rather it be in Chelt because I'm lazy and won't bother otherwise

Morning, I'm in Chelt and due 4th Sept

I was looking into yoga or pilates, there is one which comes up right away after googling (can't remember the name) but I don't know anyone that's been. I was going to give the yoga a try as I've canceled my gym

I don't know anyone who's done AN yoga/ pilates, but it always gets a great write up. I did try yoga once but I just found it too funny Blush although admittedly that was in the old days when I was much less in need of an hour of peace and tranquility!

I'm due 12 Sept, but won't be moving til early August.

No this will be my first. Scan went fine thanks (phew, was so nervous) - very wriggly baby! Am due very early October as they put me back a few days, as expected.

Hazelnutlatte hope yours went well too - I was looking round wondering if any of the people in the waiting room were you!

Hello, yes my scan was fine! the baby was wriggling around which was great to see. jj1981 I was also looking round - I was there at 2pm, there were only a few other people in the waiting room at the time.
It's my first too, so it's all new to me. Did not like having my blood taken - 5 vials of blood!

I got there at 2pm as well - didn't have scan til about 2.30 as there was a bit of a wait... sure we must have seen each other?!
