I just googled my question and alot came up on birth defects etc. So now im really worried...

I ate plenty, and there's no issue in Japan where it's a staple food.
The headline advice is that it's fine as part of a normal diet.

I looked as well - maybe not as throroughly as you did and found a link between veggie mothers and a slight increase in hypospadia, but with no explanation of causality.

The sites you found may be linking the effect of synthetic oestrogens on wildlife with the presence of phyto-oestrogens in soya and creating a scare story.

I really wouldn't worry about it
